Wilson Roberts

Wilson Roberts is a musician and storyteller, a mediator in the local courts, and a retired English and Folklore professor.  He has been a union organizer and city councilor in Greenfield, Massachusetts.  His work has appeared in A Country Rag, The Appalachian South, The Red Clay Reader, Crucible, and Radical America.  His novel, The Cold Dark Heart of the World, was released last year by Wilder Publications. He has written a trilogy of detective novels set in the British Caribbean, a novel exploring serpent handling churches in the American south, and several other novels.  He's currently in the third draft of a novel about a 19th Century actor.
