Shane Allison was unfortunetely born and raised in Florida, but had the chance to migrate to the northeast where he recieved his MFA from New School University in New York, a city he adores more than his own life. He has had poems published in Literary New York, New York Nights, The Fifth Street Review, remark, Coal City Review, Mississippi Review, New Delta Review, The Glut, Plum Ruby Review, Spent Meat and has work forthcoming in Open Wide and Zygote in My Coffee. His chapbook Ceiling of Mirrors is out from Cynic Press. His favorite cereals includes Rice Krispies and Raisin Bran.
