Rebecca Schumejda is the author of Falling Forward, Cadillac Men, Waiting at the Dead End Diner, and several chapbooks. Her new collection, Our One-Way Street, is forthcoming from NYQ books this spring. Her pieces touching upon incarceration and mental illness have or will appear in Borderlands Texas, The Cape Rock (Southeast Missouri State Press), Cultural Weekly, Nerve Cowboy, Open Minds Quarterly, and The Pikeville Review. She received her MA in Poetics from San Francisco State University and currently lives in New York’s Hudson Valley.
