Michelle DuPré is a writer and retired actor living in Brooklyn, NY. She is a graduate of New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts, and received her MFA in Creative Writing from Brooklyn College. Her poetry has been published in The Brooklyn Review, Nerve Lantern: Axon of Performance Literature, and the Henry Miller Memorial Library’s literary journal, Ping Pong. Her journalistic essays–ranging in topic from James Bond, to ancient Rome, to tropical fish–have been appeared in LIFE Books. On the weekends, Michelle sells American-made furniture.
