 Marcela Fuentes is a graduate of the Iowa Writers’ Workshop. Her stories have been published in the Indiana Review, Vestal Review, Blackbird, Bodega Magazine, The Stoneslide Corrective, and other literary journals. Recent work has been included in Best of the Web, New Stories from the Southwest, and is forthcoming in Flash Fiction International by W.W. Norton. She has been offered fellowships by the Vermont Studio Center and by Georgia State University, where she is the Virginia Spencer Carr Fellow in Creative Writing.
