Lisa Zaran, American poet and the author of six collections including The Blondes Lay Content and the sometimes girl, now translated in its entirety to German under the title: das manchmal mädchen. Selections from her other books have been translated to Bangla, Hindi, Arabic, Persian, Serbian, Greek and Chinese. Lisa is founder and editor of Contemporary American Voices, an online poetry journal. Current venues featuring some of her work include SONS, a museum in Kruishoutem, Belgium, Literature—an Introduction to Reading and Writing published by Pearson, Duece Coupe, Nomad's Choir Poetry Journal, The 6S Love Book, Gloom Cupboard, Kritya, Flutter, The Tower Journal, Best of the Web Anthology and Not a Muse Anthology. Recently, Radio Theatre Group based in Glasgow, Scotland performed three of her poems as part of the Phenomenal Woman tour. She lives and writes in Arizona.
