Jaimie Gusman currently lives in Seattle as a Poetry Workshop instructor for the University of Washington's Experimental College. While in Seattle she has also been, but not limited to, a judge for Amazon.com's Breakthrough Novel Award, an MFA student, a cocktail waitress, a data analyst and retail clerk at Anthropologie. Her work has been published in Barnwood, DIAGRAM, 2River, Dark Sky Magazine, The Dirty Napkin, Permafrost and Margins Magazine. She will reside in Honolulu as a PhD student at the University of Hawaii in the Fall of 2009.
