Holly Tabor

Holly Tabor lives and works in Elizabethtown, Kentucky. She is a middle school English teacher but first worked more than a decade in community journalism as a reporter, columnist, designer, photographer and editor. She and her husband, Scott, have two children. Her poetry and fiction, though not autobiographical, draw in many ways from experiences and observations growing up in rural central Kentucky and from more recent contemplations on domesticity, identity, obligation and other conundrums of adult life. She was a 2017 Aspen Summer Words Fellow, and her work has been published in The Heartland Review.
