Emily Jalloul

Emily Jalloul is a Lebanese-American MFA candidate in poetry at Florida International University. She teaches poetry at Homestead Women’s prison as well as Writing and Rhetoric at FIU. Her previous work has been published or is forthcoming in Origins, Yellow Chair Review, The FEM, and Manhattanville Review, as well as others. She lives in Miami, Florida, where she mostly spends time petting her cat or watering her plants.
