 David Ryan is the author of the short story collection, Animals in Motion (Roundabout Press), and the forthcoming Malcolm Lowry’s Under the Volcano: Bookmarked (Ig Publishing). His fiction has appeared in Esquire, BOMB, Tin House, Fence, Electric Literature, No Tokens, New World Writing, Hayden’s Ferry Review, Booth, Mississippi Review, Denver Quarterly, Alaska Quarterly Review, New Orleans Review, Cimarron Review, and elsewhere. He teaches in the writing program at Sarah Lawrence College and in New England College’s low residency MFA program.
