 Claudia Smith's collection, The Sky Is a Well, won Rose Metal Press's first short-short chapbook competition. The collection was a featured Powell's Daily Dose, and the chapbook also won the New England Bookbuilder's Award. The chapbook is sold out, but the collection was reprinted as part of the anthology A Peculiar Feeling of Restlessness: Four Chapbooks of Short Short Fiction By Four Women.
