Abe Becker
Abe Becker’s work has recently been published in Fourteen Hills, Fifth Wednesday Journal, Cogitate, After Happy Hour Review, sPARKLE & bLINK, and other journals and zines. He lives in Oakland, CA, and teaches poetry in the schools, caregives for quadriplegic people, and dotes on animals when their primary humans have skipped town. He was the grand slam champion of Cal Slam and the Berkeley Poetry Slam, and hosts Get Lit, a monthly new work showcase for Nomadic Press.
